Arcade software for per-session billing and member top-ups.
Per-station session billing, prepaid wallet top-ups, snacks and refreshments on the same bill, and a daily cashbook. Built in Mysore by an owner who ran a snooker & pool club in Gujarat for two years. Same engine, different sport. Public beta — first 50 clubs join at ₹399/mo.
Built for arcade specifically.
Per-station billing, prepaid wallets, and the floor reconciled at close.
Arcade economics depend on three flows you can't track on paper: per-station session billing (the core revenue line), prepaid wallet top-ups from regulars (the recurring revenue layer), and POS on snacks and refreshments (the high-margin add-on). Strikee handles all three on the same customer record. The floor view shows every station's live status, the wallet ledger holds member balances, and the cashbook merges per-session billing + top-ups + POS lines into one daily close.
Member top-ups are where arcades differentiate from pure walk-in models. A serious regular preloads a ₹2,000 balance, plays down across 6 visits, tops up again. Strikee tracks the running balance, surfaces low-balance flags before they hit zero, and rolls the top-up itself into the cashbook on the day it happens — not at the next visit. The customer profile shows lifetime spend across both walk-in payments and wallet usage so retention math works across both populations.
Tournament evenings are where arcades become destinations instead of transactional venues. Strikee's tournament module runs single-elim brackets, entry-fee collection, and prize-pool reconciliation across console, PC, and station-based games. Public bracket pages mean spectators can follow along on WhatsApp, which compounds your next tournament's sign-ups organically.
A typical Friday evening at a 10-station arcade
4:00 PM: school regulars top up wallets at the counter, head to stations 1-4 (per-session billing). 6:30 PM: Friday tournament on PS5 / air hockey corner — 12 players sign up, bracket auto-generated. 8:00 PM: walk-ins fill remaining stations. 10:00 PM: tournament finals, prize pool paid out. 11:00 PM: lock day — cashbook closes, three wallet top-ups recorded, retention dashboard surfaces two regulars at 18+ days since last visit.
What we're not yet
Coin-op machine integration via vendor APIs, integrated ticket-redemption inventory, and per-station match-history aggregation are on the roadmap but not shipping today. Per-station billing, member wallets, tournaments, credit, and daily cashbook close are the public-beta build's strengths.
