Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Cancel at any time from your account settings. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Do you take a cut of my customer payments?
No. Strikee tracks payments — it does not process them. Your customers pay you directly in cash, UPI, or card. Strikee records what came in.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly later?
Yes. Switch billing intervals anytime from account settings. Your data carries over seamlessly.
What happens to my data if I stop using Strikee?
Your data stays accessible for the duration of your billing period. After cancellation we keep your account dormant during a grace period in case you want to return.
Do you offer onboarding for new clubs?
Yes — our Yearly plan includes a free guided onboarding call. We hop on a video call to help you configure your facilities, set up pricing, and walk your team through the day-to-day flow.
