Gaming zone software for console-by-console session tracking.
Per-console sessions billed per-hour or per-session for the games your floor actually runs — FIFA / EA Sports FC, Valorant, WWE 2K26, Call of Duty, GTA Online, Counter-Strike 2, Tekken 8 — with member top-ups, snacks + drinks on the same bill, and a daily cashbook. Built in Mysore by an owner who ran a snooker & pool club in Gujarat for two years. Same engine, different sport. Public beta — first 50 clubs join at ₹399/mo.
Built for gaming zone specifically.
Console and PC sessions with member top-ups and per-station billing.
Gaming zones operate on a per-hour rental model across mixed console (PS5, Xbox) and PC inventory, with the most engaged customers preferring prepaid top-ups to per-visit payment. Strikee handles both flows on the same customer record — walk-in customers can pay per session, regulars can run a top-up wallet that drains as they play. Per-station billing rates can differ (high-spec PC racks running Valorant or CS2 at a premium, basic consoles for FIFA / EA Sports FC and WWE 2K26 at standard) and the floor view shows every station's live status so your manager can see availability at a glance.
Tournament evenings are where gaming zones either become destinations or remain transactional. FIFA / EA Sports FC and Tekken 8 weeknights, Valorant or Counter-Strike 2 weekends, the occasional WWE 2K26 grudge night — Strikee's tournament module runs single-elim brackets, entry-fee collection, and prize-pool reconciliation across console and PC categories. Public bracket pages mean spectators (and friends of competitors) can follow along, which is a meaningful organic-growth lever in a community-driven sport.
Customer retention is the gaming zone's hardest problem. Players churn fast unless there's a loyalty hook, and software that doesn't surface retention data can't help. Strikee's 28-day cohort dashboard shows which regulars are slowing down before they fully drop off, and the top-spender leaderboard surfaces the players whose top-ups deserve a personal WhatsApp thank-you at month-end. Per-title revenue analytics also help you decide whether to add a second FIFA rig or a third Valorant PC at your next hardware refresh.
A typical Friday evening at a 12-station zone
4:00 PM: school regulars start trickling in — FIFA / EA Sports FC on the PS5 corner, GTA Online on PC. 6:30 PM: Friday FIFA tournament — 16 players sign up, bracket auto-generated. 8:00 PM: PC rigs full with Valorant and Counter-Strike 2 walk-ins; one of the back stations runs a WWE 2K26 demo for a birthday group. 10:00 PM: tournament finals, prize pool paid out. 11:30 PM: lock day — cashbook closes, two top-up wallets recharged via UPI, retention dashboard surfaces three regulars at 21+ days since last visit.
What we're not yet
Integrated tournament livestreaming, esports-ranking sync (e.g. FACEIT, Battlenet), and per-station match-history aggregation are on the roadmap but not shipping today. Per-station billing, member top-ups, tournament brackets, credit, and daily cashbook close are the public-beta build's strengths.
