How does the member balance work?
Each member has a pre-paid balance on their customer record. Booking a slot deducts from the balance; top-ups are recorded with timestamp and payment method.
Can I price peak and off-peak separately?
Yes. Set peak and off-peak rates per court; the slot board picks the right rate by slot time.
Does Strikee handle coaching billed separately?
Yes — coaching slots book against a court and add the coach's fee as a line item, settled either against the venue or directly with the coach.
What's included in the ₹399/mo beta price?
