Strikee ("we", "our", or "us") is a product of LETSTHRIVE.IO, a registered company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Strikee platform, accessible at strikee.in and through our related applications (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and password. If you sign in using Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.

Club & Business Data: As a club owner or staff member, you provide club details (name, address, logo), customer records, game session data, financial transactions, tournament information, and related operational data. This data belongs to your club and is stored on your behalf.

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address through analytics services (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights).

Cookies & Local Storage: We use cookies and browser storage to maintain your authentication session and application preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account
• Process and store your club's operational data
• Send transactional emails (welcome emails, invitations)
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
• Monitor usage patterns and improve performance
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases. All data transmission is encrypted using TLS/SSL. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that each club's data is strictly isolated and accessible only to authorised members of that club.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (Supabase for hosting and database, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for deployment and analytics)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

6. Third-Party Authentication

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (name and email) from Google. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, drive, or any other Google services. You can revoke Strikee's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Export your club data
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Club operational data is retained as long as the club account exists on the platform. When you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, though anonymised or aggregated data may be retained for analytics.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
