1. What we collect

When you sign up: your name, email, WhatsApp, venue name, city, and the sport(s) you run. When you use Strikee: every session, transaction, customer record, and report you create — these are stored on your behalf so you can use them tomorrow.

We also collect standard usage telemetry via Vercel Analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location). We do not fingerprint individual users or build ad profiles.

2. Where it's stored

Your data lives in Supabase's hosted Postgres, routed through the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1). It does not leave India. Backups are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All transit uses TLS 1.2+.

Strikee does not use EU or US data centres for any personal data or club operational data. Analytics (Vercel) may process anonymised page-view data in the US; no personal identifiers are included.

3. Who can see it

Your club data is gated by Row Level Security. Only authenticated members of your club (Shop) can read or write your records. Strikee staff cannot view your customer list, cashbook, or session history through the application — only via direct DB access under an incident-response protocol.

  • Club Owner: full read/write access to all club data
  • Admin (Co-owner): full read/write, cannot delete the club
  • Strikee support: read-only incident access, logged, notified to owner
  • No third party receives your data except service providers listed below

4. Your customer data

When you store customer information — names, phone numbers, credit balances, game history — you are acting as the data controller. Strikee is the data processor.

You are responsible for ensuring you have consent to store your customers' data under applicable Indian law (DPDP Act 2023). Strikee provides the tools; the relationship with your customers is yours.

5. Cookies + analytics

We use cookies and browser localStorage to maintain your authentication session and application preferences (theme, last-visited club). We do not set any third-party advertising cookies.

Vercel Analytics is privacy-preserving by design — it does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. Speed Insights is similarly anonymised. You can opt out of analytics via your browser's Do Not Track signal.

6. Export / delete requests

You can export your full club data (customers, sessions, cashbook, transactions) to CSV from the Settings → Data Export screen at any time. No support ticket needed.

To delete your account and all associated data: contact support@strikee.in with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm deletion within 7 days. All personal data is removed within 30 days of confirmation; anonymised aggregate stats may be retained.
