Table tennis venues split between two billing models: per-hour for casual sessions and per-match (count-based) for serious play. Strikee handles both on the same table — a casual two-hour rally session at noon and an evening league of best-of-7 matches share the same table inventory, the same customer profiles, and the same cashbook entry at close. Multi-sport venues running TT alongside snooker or badminton don't need a second system; one floor view covers all of it.

Coaching is a third revenue stream most table tennis venues run, and most software ignores it. Strikee lets you flag a session as a coaching slot, attach it to a coach in the team list, and roll it into the per-coach payout report at month-end. Student attendance shows up in the customer's profile next to their casual visits, so retention analysis covers both populations.

Tournament weekends are where TT venues either make a multiple of weekday revenue or break their staffing model. Strikee's tournament module runs single-elim brackets today; live scoring and TV mode arrive in Ultra. Even the single-elim build handles the bracket, the entry-fee collection, and the prize-pool reconciliation, which is the operational core of any club's Sunday cup.

A typical evening at a 4-table TT venue

5:30 PM: casual rally session on TT-01 (per-hour billing). 6:00 PM: coaching slot on TT-02. 7:30 PM: club-level league matches on TT-03 and TT-04 (per-match billing). 9:00 PM: settle three credit tabs via UPI. Lock day: 11 sessions, two coach payouts queued, retention dashboard surfaces one regular who's slipped from twice-a-week to none in 18 days.

What we're not yet

ITTF rating sync, formal handicap calculations for clubs running graded ladders, and dedicated tournament-day live-scoring screens are on the roadmap but not shipping today. Sessions, credit, multi-table billing, coaching attribution, and cashbook close are the public-beta build's strengths.
