1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Strikee, a sports venue management platform operated by LETSTHRIVE.IO ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), accessible at strikee.in and through related applications (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Strikee is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for snooker clubs, pool halls, and sports venues. The Service provides club management tools including customer tracking, game session management, cashbook and financial tracking, staff management, tournament organisation, and reporting dashboards.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using an email and password or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Each club ("shop") on the platform is a separate tenant. Club owners can invite staff with defined roles (Owner, Admin, Staff). You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the Service
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes related to managing your sports venue
• Not attempt to access data belonging to other clubs or tenants
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations

5. Club Data & Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including customer records, financial transactions, game sessions, and tournament data ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use Your Data for any purpose unrelated to the Service without your explicit consent.

6. Customer Data & Privacy

When you store customer information on the platform (names, contact details, credit balances, game history), you are acting as a data controller for that information. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to collect and store your customers' data and that you comply with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Financial Data

The Service provides tools for tracking income, expenses, customer credit, and payments. These tools are for record-keeping purposes only. Strikee is not a financial institution, payment processor, or accounting service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and for meeting any tax or regulatory obligations.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by LETSTHRIVE.IO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

"Strikee" and the Strikee logo are trademarks of LETSTHRIVE.IO.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain Your Data for 30 days following termination to allow for data export, after which it will be deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LETSTHRIVE.IO and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
