Terms of service, in plain English.

These terms govern your use of Strikee. They're written to be read, not buried. Last updated 19 May 2026 · effective immediately.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Strikee, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. "You" means the club owner or the business entity on whose behalf you're acting.

2. The service

Strikee is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for snooker clubs, pool halls, badminton courts, pickleball arenas, and other sports venues. It provides club management tools including customer tracking, game session management, a cashbook and credit ledger, staff management, tournament organisation, and reporting dashboards.

3. Accounts

You must register with accurate information. Each club ("shop") is a separate tenant. Club Owners can invite members with defined roles (Owner, Admin). You're responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your credentials confidential.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful information when registering and using the service
  • Use Strikee only for lawful purposes related to managing your sports venue
  • Not attempt to access data belonging to other clubs or tenants
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter: customer records, financial transactions, game sessions, tournament data. We don't claim ownership of your data.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service. We won't use your data for any unrelated purpose without your explicit consent.

6. Customer data

When you store customer information (names, contacts, credit balances, game history), you are the data controller. Strikee is the data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and store your customers' data under applicable law, including India's DPDP Act 2023.

7. Payment & billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not offer refunds on subscription payments except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We're not liable for loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

You can close your account any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. We retain your data for 30 days to allow export, then delete it. Anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LETSTHRIVE.IO and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms here with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
