Every table, one screen, one running tab.

It's 6:42 on a Saturday. Six tables are live, two walk-ins want a price quote, and Suresh wants to split his frame with two friends — one in cash, one on tab. You don't need to remember who's where. The floor view does. Tap a card to start, stop, or settle a session in under three seconds.

Every venue we've watched runs the same hidden math at peak hour: who's on which table, how long they've been there, what they ordered from the counter, who's paying, who's on credit. Get one wrong and you're billing the wrong person, losing money on POS items nobody charged for, or hand-waving a frame count when a regular pushes back. The floor view holds all of that in one place so your staff isn't the source of truth — the screen is.

Per-sport billing is built in: per-frame for snooker and pool, per-game for billiards, per-hour for table tennis, slot-based for court sports. Split modes cover the awkward situations real players actually create — losers-pay, three friends splitting one frame, one bill across two payment methods. Pause and resume on the same tab means a customer who steps away for a phone call doesn't fall off the floor view.

  • Live table dashboard with per-game timer
  • Split payments across cash, UPI, and tab
  • POS items — snacks, drinks, equipment
  • Losers-pay & multi-customer split modes
  • Pause / resume sessions on the same tab
  • Walk-in slots without breaking the booking grid
  • Per-sport billing modes (per-frame / per-hour / per-session)
  • Session transfer between customers
  • Session detail drawer with edit, cancel, and audit trail

Know who'll ghost on Sunday by Friday night.

Three regulars are running tabs tonight. One is at 96% of limit and it's a Friday — historically the night before he stops answering. The watchlist flags him in red before he walks out, with a one-tap WhatsApp reminder. Polite, not panicked. The other two are fine — but you'll see them if that changes.

Credit lives in a separate ledger from cash sessions. Every customer has a limit you set, a running balance you can see, and a settlement history with every payment timestamp. When somebody pays down a tab, the ledger zeroes out and the receipt feeds the cashbook automatically — no second-entry, no missed reconciliation. When a regular crosses their limit, the watchlist surfaces them before they take another frame so you can have the awkward conversation early instead of writing off the bill three weeks later.

Retention isn't a buzzword — it's the 28-day cohort counter on the owner dashboard. You can see which customers stop coming back, when they stop, and how that correlates with credit limits, pricing changes, or staff turnover. Archive a member without losing history; restore them later if they walk back in. The profile is the single record across snooker frames, badminton slots, cashbook payments, and tournament participation.

  • Per-customer profile with full visit history
  • Credit watchlist — red / amber / green zones
  • Credit limits set per customer
  • One-tap WhatsApp reminder with a pre-written message
  • 28-day retention cohorts on the owner dashboard
  • Archive & restore members without losing history
  • Settlement history with every cash / UPI / card timestamp

A cashbook that matches the drawer at 11 PM.

Cash counted. UPI tally checked. Card tally checked. Settlements from prior credit pulled in automatically. Strikee shows you the day in one panel — and the next morning, your CA gets a PDF that opens without a single question. The 5 AM business-day boundary means late-night sessions don't slip into the wrong day.

Every owner we've talked to has the same end-of-day ritual: an Excel sheet, a UPI screenshot folder, a paper ledger for credit, and a calculator. Twenty minutes after close turns into ninety on a busy Saturday. Then your CA asks one question at month-end and you spend a Sunday afternoon backtracking. Strikee merges all four into one ledger that closes the day at the same moment your staff hits the lock button — and your CA opens the PDF the next morning without calling you to clarify.

The transaction-level audit trail records every edit with timestamp and actor, so if a session needs correction at 11 AM the next day, you can fix it without losing the trail of what changed. Expense categories split floor costs (markers, snacks, maintenance) from admin costs (rent, electricity, software) automatically, which makes the P&L line items match how you actually think about the business instead of how an accountant thinks about it.

  • Daily ledger with payment-mode split
  • P&L statement — CA-ready PDF export
  • Transaction-level audit trail with edit history
  • Day, week, month, and custom period filters
  • Expense categories — floor vs admin
  • Credit settlements feed straight into revenue
  • Cash, UPI, and card breakdown per day
  • 5 AM business-day boundary so late-night sessions roll up correctly

Monday morning, three minutes with coffee.

Revenue's up 12% on last month. Peak hour shifted to 8–9 PM — that explains why staff has been complaining about the rush. One regular hasn't been back in 21 days. You know what to do before the floor opens, and you didn't need to open a single spreadsheet to figure it out.

The dashboard answers the five questions a venue owner actually asks Monday morning: did we make money last week, where did it come from, who's slipping, when's the peak, and are we up or down on the trend. Day / week / month / 3M / custom-range filters share the same data model, so a manager-on-leave can dig into “last 3 Saturdays in May” without writing a query. The comparison-to-last-period delta is shown next to every metric so you don't have to do percentage math at 8 AM.

Multi-sport venues see a game-type revenue split — what percentage of last week's gross came from snooker frames vs badminton slots vs box cricket bookings — which is the single most useful number for deciding which sport to add courts to next. Top-spender and frequency leaderboards surface the relationships worth investing in before they go cold.

  • Period P&L — day / week / month / 3M / custom range
  • Peak-hour analytics by session count and revenue
  • Customer retention metrics (28-day cohorts)
  • Game-type revenue split for multi-sport venues
  • Comparison to last period with % delta
  • Top spenders and frequency leaderboard

Six surfaces. Five sports. Two roles. One floor.

Three snooker tables, one TT, a badminton court, a pickleball court, a box cricket turf — each priced differently, each on its own slot length. T-02 is down for maintenance with an ETA of Wednesday. Strikee handles all of it. Today you invite Owners, Co-Owners, and Admins — three labels, two permission tiers, full control. A Staff role with floor-only permissions is on the roadmap for a later release.

The facilities model decouples physical surfaces from sport rules. You configure each table, court, or turf once with its own pricing schedule, slot length, and maintenance status, and the floor view, the cashbook, and the owner dashboard all pick up the configuration automatically. Add a sport you didn't plan for — say, you start renting your snooker hall for a Thursday-night pool league — and you don't need a software project to support it: pick the sport from the picker, set pricing, save.

Multi-venue support is in: one owner login can switch between shops without re-authenticating. Each shop has its own cashbook, customer list, and staff invites, but the owner sees the consolidated view on demand. Team invites use a passcode lock so walk-in transactions can be authorised without sharing a logged-in browser, which is how most counter-staff handoffs actually happen in tier 2-3-4 venues.

  • Multi-sport configuration · 12 sports + custom
  • Per-table / court / turf pricing
  • Three role labels — Owner, Co-Owner, and Admin
  • Team invites with passcode lock for walk-in transactions
  • Multi-venue support (one owner → N shops)

Sunday cup, public bracket, prize pool reconciled.

Eight players signed up by Friday. Bracket auto-generated on Saturday night. Sunday morning the public link goes out on WhatsApp; viewers watch matches advance live. By Monday, the prize pool and any sponsorship are reconciled into the cashbook. Single-elim ships today; double-elim, live TV mode, and auto-OG champion cards arrive in Ultra · Q4.

Tournaments are the highest-margin event a venue can run, and they're also the one most owners struggle to organise because the operational chaos competes with the actual matches. Strikee runs the bracket, the live scoring, the prize pool, and the sponsor reconciliation in one module — so on tournament day you're actually watching the games instead of typing scores into a spreadsheet on your phone behind the counter. Public bracket pages mean spectators can follow along on WhatsApp, which compounds your next tournament's sign-ups for free.

Prize pool reconciliation is the part most owners undersell. Entry fees come in cash and UPI, sponsor money lands in your account separately, payouts go out at the end of the day, and the leftover is either profit or a top-up for the next event. Strikee tracks every leg of that cashflow so when you sit down Monday morning, the tournament's P&L is already in the cashbook next to your regular floor revenue.

  • Single + double elim brackets (double-elim in Ultra)
  • Live scoring + TV mode for any screen (Ultra)
  • Public bracket pages with shareable QR (QR in Ultra)
  • Auto-OG champion share cards (Ultra)
  • Prize pool + sponsorship reconciliation
  • Round-robin standings with head-to-head matrix
  • Player profiles surfaced on public pages
